Created in 1997, Protina's primary objective has been to promote the use of soybean in the less developped countries where the lack of protein is a major concern, especially for poor poeple. Protina is member of APEX-CI, Association for the Promotion of Exportations in Cote d'Ivoire, and CEPICI, Center for Promotion of Investments in Cote d'Ivoire. In 2007, Protina was amont the ten Ivorian Companies selected by UNIDO to receive support for its development. As a result of that, some European Companies are now in contact with us to establish partnership in the form of Joint-Venture. We plan to expand our capacity for oil extraction and change our mechanical system to solvant oil extraction system for a better performance. For the time being we provide the following products: Soy Hot Cereal, Soy flour (raw and cooked) , soy milk, soy crude oil, soy bread and pastry and soy protein (textured 50% , concentrate 70% and isolate 90% )
